Fast Facts, 2013

The NFATCA is approaching it's 10th anniversary.

The NFATCA is a 501(c) with over 1,000 dues paying members registered since inception.

The NFATCA has strong alliances with other 501(c) organizations, including the NRA.

The NFATCA has provided direct benefit to the NFA community on a variety of critical issues including:

~ Saving 1,000's of FNC conversions from confiscation

~ Securing the Maxim sideplate ruling

~ Forcing ATF to rescind its overreaching definition of Manufacturing

~ Assisted ATF with the creation and publication of the NFA Handbook, a plain English guide to the confusing world of NFA. The NFA Handbook is now published and maintained by ATF.

The NFATCA has never charged $30,000 for a Plankholder membership.

The NFATCA has membership levels that range from $50 per year to $25,000 for a lifetime membership. We have not had membership amounts assigned to "class" (ie.: dealer, collector, etc.) for many years.

The NFATCA has always solicited regular input from our members and the NFA community at a variety of public venues, including the semi annual Knob Creek Shoots, SAR Shows, SHOT Show and more.

The NFATCA will never divulge its membership list or a portion of its membership list unless compelled to do so by a valid court order.
